The following cancellation policies apply to private bookings for up to 10 people. For bookings for more than 10 people, special cancellation policies apply that will be specifically mentioned during the booking.
Our general cancellation policy is 7 DAYS before the arrival date. In other words, if the booking is cancelled or modified more than 7 DAYS before the date of arrival at the Hostel, there will be no charge. If the booking is cancelled or modified later, or the guest does not show up at the Hostel, 100% of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided during booking. This policy will generally apply.
You must return the room card when you leave the Hostel. If you do not do so, a charge of €5 will be made to the credit card provided during booking.
Payment policy
If you book through our website (aranhostel.cat), the charge for the stay will be made two days before arrival at the Hostel through the STRIPE payment gateway.
Taxes and charges
Prices include taxes, except for the TOURIST TAX. The tourist tax levied by the Catalan Government is €0.60 per person per night, and is paid directly to the Hostel in addition to booking of the accommodation and other services or activities. The tourist tax is not charged after the 8th night of the stay or for children under 16 years old.
At the Hostel you can pay in CASH (euros), VISA or MASTERCARD.

Group bookings
If there will more than 10 people, you must make the group booking by e-mail. Booking and cancellation conditions differ from individual bookings, depending on the group size and season. We will provide clear and specific details during the booking process.
